Raya tahun ni all the lapan beradiks balik BM to celebrate Raya with Ayah........sad tho........5th year mak not with us..............

Auntie Jude, Diyana & Tasya - jauh di Melbourne, Auntie Eda, Rifhan & Mahira in KL, Hafiz & Faiz kat Auckland - Faiz, we hope u'r getting better now), Ocen, Ema & Batrisyia dekat Johor & Rafeq, bujang trang-tang tang kat KL and Iman kat Japan - we miss you guys masa raya tu....!

Semua sampai BM raya eve except for kak pah, abg man & basyed one day earlier and as usual the living rooms of Tuan Haji Wan Mahmood bertukar menjadi kapal karam for at least a few nights...

The raya eve, some busy in the kitchen, some busy kemasing, some busy gossiping, the kids busy playing and playing and playing, some busy with the little twinnies yg montelo montelo tu, the alim ones, at the mosque joining the takbir sessions, some on the way from KL.

Lepas breakfast the guys pergi masjid, the ladies bz dok kejar anak suruh mandi (ada juga bapak2 yg kena kejar tuh...) balik masjid....the routine salam-salam (ikhlas or tak ikhlas ) session...and duit raya giving session..........the ambik gambar & video sessions...............punyalaa susah nak get everyone to stay put....samada dah tergolek somewhere, dok melalak kepanasan dek kena buli pakai baju kurung, kebaya, tudung.......

and those yg dok pikiaq nak p collect duit raya keliling kampung tu sambil naik basikal tuh....................

kita p jalan-jalan melawat rumah mak chah and mak long....(rugi sapa tak p rumah mak long, Wajik dia best giler......syed habih sampai 2 pinggan ish ish ish.......

Later in the afternoon, Uncle Chen, Uncle G, Uncle Pendi, Auntie Ocah, Auntie kirra, Uncle Z, uncle Khai, nabil, amin, zarif, hakim went to kubur Tok Puan. The kubur area was in a bad condition with kayu kayan and pokok-pokok covering mak's grave. I must mention our highest gratitute to Uncle G for initiating the menebas, menyangkul, menyabit and cleaning of the area around mak's grave and the names mentioned above

for the gotong royong sessions. Berpeluh-peluh the guys and budak-budak dok membersihkan that area......habis baju raya semua....but for a good cause! and not to forget the cangkul and sabit yg patah.......!

Balik semua dah terbungkam kepenatan....esp Uncle G cian......Malam tuh...auntie pah and the geng pulak dok bertungkus lumus dok prepare nak masak for the kenduri the next day.............................tapi dalam sibuk2 tu....ada pulak yg sneaked out from the house and p carik tomyam kat kedai siam kat JURU tuh....heheheh........................................dah letih tgk ketupat and rendang kot....heheheh

Buka Puasa at rumah yours truly pulak

Setelah perut kita berhempas pulas berbuka puasa at Abg Chen's, Abg Lias's & Ocah's house....kini tiba giliran Patani 8 pulak jadi host berbuka puasa dan in conjunction with Zayanah's first birthday di teratak kami yg comel lote macam kami jugak ni.... As usual....our chef Wan Arfah, without fail, mesti mengontributekan macam-macam makanan at all the buka posa gatherings.......the mee rebus....hmmm.....dia bawak ngan periuk nasi sekali.












Btw...how's my nasi lemak and daging ala suraya tu?? hehe...agak2nya boleh tak kalau pencen nanti meniaga nasi lemak??? Tapi..sambal tumis mak mertuaku memang best kan??? hmmm.....licin........

Hah..lepas ni rumah sapa pulak ek?.....oppps...lupa...................next week dah raya...........semua dah nak balik BM.........................
